Managing Member Permissions at the Organization Level

PlatformNx enables you to manage user permissions at the organization and workspace levels to ensure streamlined operations and security.

When inviting a user, you assign them a role. This initial role, such as Administrator or User, acts as a broad classification, making it easier to manage groups of users with similar functions. Subsequently, you define precise access levels using permissions settings for your organization and its workspaces, allowing for detailed control over what each user can do.

Roles

Permissions

Permissions are categorized into Organization and Workspace levels for efficient access control. Each category is further broken down into subcategories for clarity.

To manage the organization-level permissions assigned to a user, navigate to the Settings > Organization > Members page, click the Actions icon adjacent to the user, and select Edit Member. Use the Permissions section in the Edit User page that appears to manage the user's permissions.

Bear in mind that the permissions that you grant to a user at the Organization level grants them the configured access across the entire organization.
