Inviting Users

To invite a user to join your organization:

  1. Navigate to the Settings > Organization > Members page and click the Invite User button in the upper-right section of the page. The Invite Users side-panel appears.

  2. Select the Role that you want to assign to the users you're inviting. See Understanding Roles in PlatformNx, below.

  3. Add the Email IDs of the users to whom you want to send invites. After each email ID, press <Enter> on your keyboard. Once these users join, they will all be assigned the role you selected.

  4. Click Invite.

Understanding Roles in PlatformNx

PlatformNx offers the following seeded organization-level roles:

  • Admin

    • Full access to all organization and workspace features.

    • Manages users, permissions, workflows, and resources.

    • Can assign roles to other users.

  • User

    • Collaborates on resources within assigned workspaces.

    • Creates, updates, and manages workflows, schemas, and other resources.

    • Cannot assign roles or manage users.

  • Client

    • Restricted to consuming resources like APIs and published schemas.

    • Limited interaction for enhanced security.

Supplement these roles with more granular user permission settings.
